I have only 2 AC-130s logged over the years, last one in 1994. Can't remember one for the last 20 years.

Was there one at riat when held at cottesmore? I remember a number of interesting hercs there and seem to recall an AC130.
Well, the nearest thing to a 'gunship' in UK service that I can think of: When we see the Chinook display, they sometimes have a heavy machine gun mounted on the ramp. Not quite in the AC-130 league, though!
