Been told P&V east are selling tickets on the gate and there is plenty of space. It's been sold out online for months!
They always hold some back to buy on the gate they do it every year even though its sold out online.

Seems the weather is having a hit already, quite understandably.

Post the right information first - 1 has "allegedly" gone into Aviano and they are trying tomorrow. You already cause enough issues on UKAR as it is - don't bring that here too. There's been about 2 posts.

The RAF website states that the BBMF is grounded if the windspeed exceeds 25 knots. Sounds like we will be needing lead weights along with umbrellas!!!

It's not that bad, honestly. Friday is heavy rain Saturday light showers. Just a coat and waterproofs.

Too hot last year might be too wet this year, when are we ever happy.
You have an optimistic forecast. We've just had a warning out from base met covering Friday & Saturday.

Both are in Aviano. It was planned Andravida Aviano Fairford. They have refilled a flight plan to Fairford 3 times now.

Should have made it clear unsure on number of frames they planned to bring

It's not so much the rain. It's the wind that will be the issue. Saturdays wind speeds may be out of limits for a lot of displays.

There's going to be a bad cross wind as well about 50 to 60 degrees off the runway and possible wet as well
