Post the right information first - 1 has "allegedly" gone into Aviano and they are trying tomorrow. You already cause enough issues on UKAR as it is - don't bring that here too. There's been about 2 posts.

The RAF website states that the BBMF is grounded if the windspeed exceeds 25 knots. Sounds like we will be needing lead weights along with umbrellas!!!

You have an optimistic forecast. We've just had a warning out from base met covering Friday & Saturday.James Cutting wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 9:39 amIt's not that bad, honestly. Friday is heavy rain Saturday light showers. Just a coat and waterproofs.
Too hot last year might be too wet this year, when are we ever happy.

Any news on the arrival E-6b?

It's not so much the rain. It's the wind that will be the issue. Saturdays wind speeds may be out of limits for a lot of displays.Thor wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 4:37 pmYou have an optimistic forecast. I think it's trying today if it's fixed in Aviano

There's going to be a bad cross wind as well about 50 to 60 degrees off the runway and possible wet as wellRichard B wrote: ↑Thu Jul 13, 2023 5:49 pmIt's not so much the rain.
