So it's OK to ignore the signage because a spotter says you can. That's really going to help our hobby - not!

No I am not perfect - no-one is (except Mary Poppins) but neither do I ignore obvious prohibition signs because Joe Bloggs says you can.
Re: Stansted September 2021
There is a USAF C-40c (737-700 BBJ) on the ground Northside at the moment Reg 02-0201. This aircraft is an old friend of Stansted as is used to be based there flown by Ford motor company as VP-BFO before USAF bought it second-hand.

Re: Stansted September 2021
Does anyone on here know if 2013 was out and about this afternoon
I read off 2013 this morning but could not identify the one near the hangar this afternoon at about 14:45 so I am hoping it is 2012. From the Ash pub path only one was visible at 14.45
Re: Stansted September 2021
I presume that the AN-124 will be back at some point to pick them up. I will ask around to see if anyone knows what is happening.
Its been quite busy at STN lately with various royal families flying in and out.

Next stop Annemasse for the other two in Europe, courtesy of Scramble, 2008 and 2019.

There are only 2 at Stansted Mike, as the later post says there are 2 more at Annemasse in France.

Re: Stansted September 2021
Hi
I know there are only two but I saw one in the morning (2013) and one in the afternoon that I could not read so I was trying to find out if the afternoon one was definitely 2012 as I didn't see two at the same time

movements updated to include the UAF AW139's up to and including today. Can anyone confirm if 2012 returned from Inverness or if it landed elsewhere.
Re: Stansted September 2021
There are rumours of a second USAF C-40 arriving just after breakfast Tuesday morning. I don't have any more details at the moment.
