As rather quiet on postings this week perhaps below ‘stats’ for the remaining GR4 fleet might be of interest:
The original RAF GR1 variants were manufactured across 6 Production Batches and my estimates of the current operational survivors (as at 22-03-17) of each batch are shown below:

Batch 1 (ZA-serials) Produced: 23 Current : 0
Batch 2 (ZA-serials) Produced: 55 Current: 21
Batch 3 (ZA-serials) Produced: 68 Current: 13
Batch 4 (ZD-serials) Produced: 53 Current: 10
Batch 5 (ZD/ZE serials) Produced: 2 Current: 0
Batch 7 (ZG serials) Produced: 27 Current: 9

The fleet disposition at 22-03-17 is:
GR4 : 40
GR4(T): 9
GR4A : 4

Oldest a/c currently in service: ZA542/035
