Tac Blaze Carlisle/Spade

Post by toom317 » Sat May 28, 2016 11:48 am

Spent Wed-Fri down at Carlisle and Spade, to catch the Dutch in for Tac Blaze. Caught up with a few of the locals I haven't seen for a while, so nice to catch up with you all. Laugh riot with Wee Al on Thursday, listening to the scanner.

First, shots from the airport at Carlisle.

When did you get your Gortex Y fronts Danny?
Looks like you might have needed them with the weather conditions but you did get some very nice shots :thumb:

Great set Danny. The gorge players gave you a great set there. Especially good shots of the chaff.

Good to see you again. Shame the grey one didnt play ball in the air.

Nice shots. I was down on Friday as well. I was the younger guy sitting on top of the military Land Rover defender :)

Another fab set of photos capturing some of the action that the Dutch showed to us. Love the chaff shots especially in the gorge by the looks of it - a rare catch indeed!
Cheers

Hi Chris, I had hoped to catch up with you all, but didn't catch yourself, Kieran or Stuart, so hope you are all keeping well.

Same here. Actually managed to catch up with Kieran at the airport for the RTB of the six helicopters on bank holiday Monday. With basically nowt with JW happening in the region this spring, thank goodness for TAC Blaze as I don't know what the next big photo opportunity will be! We need Carlisle to organise a photog get together ... Hopefully catch up one day!
Cheers Chris

Great pics.
First time down at Carlisle on the Bank Holiday Monday, thoroughly enjoyed the day. Will have to head up to Spade next time though.
