RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath - First Four months

Post by reaperops » Sat Apr 30, 2016 10:50 pm

Hello All,

Here's a few images from the first quarter of 2016. Whilst everyone is trying to catch 5th Gen Fast Jets, the highlight for me was the rare UK appearance of the USMC C-9B. That said, there's been some cracking stuff around and I thought I'd share a few from the past few months. Hope there's something of interest and thanks for the eyeball time!

Gary

Terrific selection of highlights here. Hard to pick a favourite but the KC-10 arrival and lunar F-22s are both superb.

Lovely variety of types there, KC10, Osprey head on and lunar F22 are eye-catchers. USMC C9 is a catch though...

Thanks Guys for the kind comments.

I'm always nervous how my images are going to be received, its not always about fast jets, low level, photocalls and airshows.
