Beginners Luck

Post by 2e1var » Tue Jun 22, 2010 8:02 pm

After much reading of tips upon here I was greatly looking forward to posting some pics from my first proper air show with my shiny new camera, however after comparing the quality of those already posted to some of my own I thought I'd post some top tips I've learned over the past few weeks instead:

Always ensure you change your lens at Brunty just as a Victor goes off on a full bore run, by doing this you will keep your camera nice and clean inside and never get any dust spots

Image

When sharpening images in Picasa do the whole lot without coimg out of the programme and viewing them full screen, this way you will avoid making the whole lot grainy

Always use a slower shutter speed for props to avoid frozen propellors

Finally, always pay attention to surrounding objects, especially those in the back ground

Nice shots, perhaps the most humorous post I've seen in a while :)

Being a Sony user myself I like what I'm seeing.
The Hurricane duo, very good indeed
