That timetable is for OLF (Operational Low Flying down to 100 feet) not the normal 250/500feet traffic you will see in the loop. Friday's can be good days, most flying finishes around 2pm with Valley finishing by 3/3-30pm. Its all pot luck, worth a chance i would say.

Dont worry about the 1 hour time slot they will fly anytime from early morning till night was there for 2 weeks this year and had flying at 07.30 and 23.30 must advise you that it is very cold this time of year so wrap up and poss use a pop-up tent and hot drinks if you can been told it is also pretty slippery up there at the min. have fun quite a bit of low-flying been on this week

Check out the low flying locations guide over on Fox2 http://fox2.co.uk/viewforum.php?f=10 . As has been said the cold weather can be pretty tough going when you are stood around all day. Good luck.
