E-4's on POTUS missions stay within VHF range of Airforce 1 whilst POTUS is onboard. They also rarely land in the same country as POTUS. I doubt the one in Brussels has much to do with the upcoming visit.

After the Shangri-la Dialogue, ......... Hagel heads to Brussels for a NATO defense ministerial. He is then scheduled to visit Romania before joining President Obama in Normandy to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Allied landings during World War II.

Hi Ian, any idea of the actual call signs used on these two ? Looks like the last flight is showing on the box, as I caught Fist 71 working Tokyo on HF last week.
Also, remember the Minot buffs are at Ellsworth until October, so they might use AR62.
