Would appreciate a tie up for the PAPA based SAC C17 arriving at KEF approx 15.30 24/02/14

BRK16 was showing on PP as 03 ...... but Scramble reports that a spotter at Ramstein read it as 02 the day before. :S :S

Hopefully he was mistaken and we have not got a box miscode.

Looked like 03 from my grainy photo taken through aircraft window but was not 100% certain. Cheers
