Lets hope the foam incident before Christmas hasn't caused any lasting damage to the Baggers that were in the hangar

Thank you so much, Mr.T, that is a truly great help. I haven't seen XV661 since around March month, further backlong since i have noticed ZA126.

I am sure they'll be fine!

Thank you, Dave, glad you see it that way as well, part of motive behind the posting!

The Merlin fleet is very difficult to keep up with, with upgrades and them being forever away on various exercises and deployments.
I am out for the day now, but will see what i can come up with for the Merlins and Hawks dreckly, the Hawks also seem to change around on a regular basis.

Thank you so much yet again, Mr.T! That has saved me a considerable amount of scrabbling about, glad that you're organised. Topic has now been edited, listing all that i know about with codes or other marks.

To everyone.
Please feel free too add more details, information, corrections and so forth.

I am not convinced that the following are at AG-WHL in Yeovil, unless they've arrived in the past 4 weeks, or are hidden on site somewhere...

ZH826, ZH829, ZH831, ZH837, ZH840 or ZH846.

Gentlemen,

I have got ZH826 and ZH829 as the QinetiQ ones and already converted to HM.2s
ZH837 was noted at AGWHL on 12/09/2013 and ZH840 was noted there during October 2013. ZH831 was noted there during December 2012.
ZH846 I cannot help with.

I hope that this may be of help

Regards,

Bob

A couple of Baggers were up and about today, which pretty much follows the form of the final couple of months of last year.

XX303 left FRADU in June 2013 in exchange for XX236 - however this is likely to depart whenever 159/330 return to service.
XX187 is a permanent addition to 736NAS and is essentially 303's long-term replacement.

Just put a list of CU Sea Kings together using all of the info on this page, with the intention of photographing them all before retirement. I'll keep a look out in case any have come down from Prestwick or have returned from Fleetlands ;)

A Harrier nose was spotted being towed by a Land Rover from CU heading towards Okehampton this morning, would it happen to be one of the noses preserved on base?

We reckon it's XV280. Being towed by a Landy from Culdrose Fire Section across Bodmin Moor. Not sure where it was going?
(Mobile phone pic - sorry about the quality).

An un-ID'd Merlin arrived at Yeovil earlier this week. SBS says it was "NAVY530", but it had Hex Code [111111], so that's duff. I don't know if it was in and out, or in for HM2 upgrade. Any Ideas? I still need ZH835/47/49/52/55/58 so fudging up one of those would be good :-)
