Am posting these 3 mainly as a warning to your own health and survival  I got stuck like a sardine at F/Bro 2010 but it wasn't till I'd reflected that it was pretty thoughtless of the organisers
to pack people in so tightly just for ticket sales profiteering. The place would have been a scene of pandemonium on an epic scale should the crowd have panicked for any reason I,e fire or a security threat.People with small children should think twice with the show this year if you are thinking of going.

Leaving the site was a nightmare and the scene was reminiscent of herding people at a concentration camp with security people with tannoy's trying to belay instructions of one form or another. If you do go I
advise you to leave at least 1 hour before final curtain.Old people stuck in the chaos were stuck on exit of the show jammed and surrounded by too many people so a lot of children and old folk
were having to resort to letting go whilst standing. There was only one gate open on exit and I hope you don't think it's sour grapes but more or less a warning for the show coming up.If you take a camera be prepared to be knocked about most of the time with a high possibility of losing good shots :'( .Anyway judge for yourself you might not think its so bad but I certainly wont be going in there again on a public day. :O  Image Image Image :pop:

I accepted of course, it was a bargain

I've reported him to the police though :halo:
He's always approaching people (usually photographers) with the usual line - 'excuse me mister, do you know how to turn the IS on as my photos seem a bit soft' ;)

What a great past time, spotter spotting is. Go to a air base and see aircraft and people. The hobby is great, except do the spotters introduce themself to the spotted. It seems to me that the aircraft/people spotters, dont talk to the spotted. They say I guess they were too intrested in the radio chit chat, serial number taking, & photographing with their cameras and ladders./steps. :S . The other day I was talking to a train anorak, who seem to do the same as us aircraft spotters, but wait for trains on top of bridges. Or at railway stations, and level crossings. Aint Human nature Funny. . When I get to airbases, and airfields, I always seem to get talking to fellow spotters, so watch out AIRFIXPILOT,is about, and I will come up to you and talk. ps: one of the first thing I will ask will be : Are you a member of FCI (Fighter control index), Followed by my username.

OK keep spotting on any level aircraft or people.

Bye for now. :thumb:
