Hey All,

I am Connor from Hull and i have had a bit of experience with modelling, i go to Air Cadets and also sometimes do it there as a project aswell as home. Also i am 14 :P

At the moment i have recently finished a 1:72 Airfix Mosquito, and i am currently doing transfers on a Airfix 1:72 scale Spitfire, will see if i can get some pictures up of them both once i have finished.

Also soon i will be hopefully building a 1:48 Jaguar, and also some 1:72 scale 109, Mig-15, Typhoon and will also get pictures up of them too :D

Evening all,

Name's Tom, 20, from Wrexham. Been doing models most of my life, so much so that I am a contributor to Scale Aircraft Modelling.
I will from time to time do some WIP's on here, as my stash is slowly spiralling out of control and I NEED to wind it down quickly!

Cheers,

Tom

Welcome Alex,
You might think your models wont cut the mustard here but we all had to start somewhere. If you want to improve, get your builds up for comments and see what advise you get! Most importantly, listen to what people say and give yourself a target! Im sure/hope people can see the improvement in my builds over the last couple of years and i am constantly setting new targets!

Have fun!
Geoff.

Oooh nice! Some of my favourite warbirds, Mustangs, Lightning, Thunderbolt and Corsair. Are they all yours and are they 1/32?

Are the Mustangs made by Academy by any chance? I'm sure I saw an Academy boxing of BBD at Dux last week. Is it a good kit?

Hello.
Im Adam, I used to only collect 1/200 scale aircraft but recently iv found a new love for 1/72 Military models and the amazing detail that can be obtained when the correct amount of effort has been applied.
The first 1/72 models I bought were 2 Hobby Master BAE Systems Harrier GR.9A's, 1 from 1 Squadron and from 4 Squadron both in (I hate this part) Disbandment Livery.
I also do allot of Kits.
So far iv built a Spitfire Mk.IIC and a Hurricane Mk.II from an Airfix BBMF set I got for Christmas as a child.
Well its nice to finally be on a forum were everyone isn't constantly undermining each other and being picky and childish!
The Harrier Jump Jet - The best there is, The best there was and The best there ever will be!
Model Harriers in the stash = 73 and counting.

Hi I'm danny, like both mil aviation photography and mil aviation modeling. I generally make 1/72 ww2 but I have made a few others, I like to put my own spin on the paint jobs (Hence my TU-95 Bear in matt black) I look forward to hearing from other modelers :-)
