Thanks for all the recommendations so far :thumb: Keep them coming

Any Bob Dylan fans on here? Off to see him in Nottingham in a couple of weeks time and only really know his famous hits  Any album recommendations would be much appreciated.

Also bought a couple Black Stone Cherry albums in the Amazon sale. Pretty good from what I've heard so far.

I like most music; except modern jazz. I'm in a folk music phase at the moment, Bellowhead http://www.bellowhead.co.uk are probably my favourite, the best Gig ever was their New years eve bash at the South Bank Centre in London, pausing at midnight so we could watch the fireworks on the Thames. We also saw them at the Bristol Folk Festival in April, and will see them again in Frome in November. The various members have side projects, a couple of which are; Spiers and Boden http://www.spiersandboden.com/index1.html, the two founder members of Bellowhead, played at the Uffington Village Hall, at the same venue earlier in the year we saw http://www.belshazzarsfeast.co.uk/

Done two gigs over the last couple of nights

Iron & Wine at 02 Shepherd's Bush Empire on Monday. Great little gig, sound was a little ropey at first though. Still think Iron & Wine aka Samuel Beam is a lot better when he plays acoustic

Just got back from Bob Dylan & Mark Knopfler at Capital FM Arena in Nottingham. Mark Knopfler was great, Bob Dylan hmmm

Off to see Noah and the Whale next week in Brixton. Anyone been there? What's the venue like?

Ive been watching Steve Vai-whispering a prayer, Joe Satriani-Summer song and ACDC Thunderstruck all this week. Highly recommended for rock lovers and guitar enthusiasts. Last album i bought was the central band of the RAF.
