Re: Aviation Patches
Some interesting relics there Gary - Tactical Fighter Meet 86? It wasn't that mega event held at Waddington by any chance?

Re: Aviation Patches
What a fantastic exercise it was too!
We went to the Photocall that was organised on the Saturday and then returned on Monday to watch the action. After the last of the missions had been flown we then headed home via Scampton - just in time to catch a load of Danish Drakens (not connected to TFM) that had been deployed there! Excellant stuff

Some really nice stuff so far, heres a few that are up on my wall. The Black Birds patch is my Dads & my overall favourite, I think he picked it up at an old Mildenhall Air Fete

Re: Aviation Patches
Slightly later than promised but here is the majority of my collection!
Apologies for the quality, taken on my iPhone.
The majority of these have been acquired over the years, mostly at Woodford airshow. Some were even ripped off the grow bags of crew members, in particular the name patch of an Alan Denton from 201 Sqn!!

A grow bag I acquired when 617 VGS shut down with a few patches on it.

And detail shots of the grow bag patches:
