Swiss trio at Exeter

Post by SW Sky Blue » Tue May 20, 2025 9:06 pm

Some rare military action at Exeter earlier today when a trio of Swiss Air Force EC635s made a fuel stop....Limited success photo wise as the first two were instructed to use taxiway D which is hopeless due to heat haze and when the third arrived it used C, but typically the sun had gone in.....this hobby..... :grr:

Great shots Kev, good to catch up again yesterday. See you up on The Common sometime, if and when there is some activity.
The Brazilian Lynx you mentioned went through about 2pm !!

Great shots, shame I'm nearly 200 miles away, so would have been impractical to get down there. Out of interest, on the assumption that they've not all gone tech and have departed, does anyone know when they left?

Thanks, yes they all left after a lunch stop, I believe they routed Caen, Southampton , Exeter, Cherbourg, but I'm not 100% on that.
