One question is Whiteman scheduled to receive KC -46s .
Read the post a few back, they are miscoded T-38s.
NO! They are miscoded TANKERS. The T-38s codes are correct per official US mil documents. The tankers should have started a new hex block elsewhere when they reached the end of the FY21 block at 21-46098 AE63CE, not carried on by effectively stealing the T-38 codes.
But they were T-38s at Whiteman rather than KC-46.

TBut they were T-38s at Whiteman rather than KC-46.
