Thanks, yes I was working on that assumption based on Odiham - MWallop in 15mins is about the same distance Benson - Odiham

As I’m not from around and being in Cambridge, I can see a time to get to the south of the city. How are the opportunities at Duxford from outside, preferably south of the rwy? Might Hunts road (east of dux) be an option?

I drove along Hunts Road the other week and there is little parking available. You might be better on Grange Road to the south. That's the one usually closed off for display days. Just depends on how many others get the same idea.
