HAF just posted on its social media (at least on X) that the registration form for Spotters Day on april 7th os now open on its website

Furthermore, in Iniochos 2025 a significant number of allies, partners and friends will participate with air assets, such as:

France with Μ-2000
India with SU-30
Israel with G-550
Italy with Tornado
Montenegro with B-412
Poland with F-16
Qatar with F-15
Slovenia with 2 PC-9
Spain with F-18
UAE with Μ-2000/9

The link above contains a link to the registration form which manifested itself as a Google form part of Google docs which after I completed it said my "submission has been recorded"

So I am a assuming I don't have to print it out and email it in.

The participants list looks pretty good to me

Also says that payment details will be sent to the email address that you have submitted and that "Participation Declaration is until March 21st" - assume that is the cut off for registration.

Yes in the past they accepted you then separately asked for payment usually via IBAN

Previous years you printed off a form, imaged it and emailed to the HAF but now it seems more integrated

For me I think Iniochos is one of the best dates on the calendar - great country and lovely weather

Thursday 13/3 just received the payment details email to pay the €40 by 21/3

Paid ! €40 cost £34.53

Last year €20 and 2023 €15

Don't forget to bring evidence of payment if you can as they really do look at it ; I had to load up my banking app and show a bank statement - I didn't realize then the barclays app generated a separate document under the documents menu for Iban receipts that I could have printed off.

Looks like they are checking payment in advance this time as they are asking you to send the receipt via email in advance. Hopefully save time on the gate although was very efficient in Oct
