It’s on the Scramble Db as Ugandan AF (or ex) so should be ok on here as much as the various Draken ex mil are?

Its a bit of a muddle sorting out that herc, from what little I've found its owned by BAR Aviation, whose parent company is BAR Aviation Uganda Limited, CEO of that company is a known arms dealer between Uganda and a well known middle east country regularly supplied by the USA. Have a dig for yourselves, it does not take a genius to work out that the L-100-30 in question is either civil or military to suit its or the "customers" needs. I'd be very surprised if its NOT funded in some way by the Ugandan government. Probably best just to leave this one well alone.
