From the road between the aviator hotel and the airfield, no problem walking up there yesterday.
Re: Farnborough 20/07
Trenchard Way is name of road, blocked to traffic but ok for pedestrians.

A full view of the MQ-9 visible from opposite Costco Templar avenue
Along with F-15QA both Aviano F-16 s, F35 P-8 C-130J Ch-47
Behind the CH47 the Apache and Blackhawk are just visible proving you collect rotor heads
No sign of Slovak UH -60 although its in amongst all the above
From Trenchard way the AW149 is visible along with M346 by the exhibition center access/Dairy gate road

7446 was the Slovak Blackhawk (UH-60M). It was on the Lockheed Martin stand nestled amongst other buildings - you wouldn't have seen it from the outside.Allasttair lawley wrote: ↑Sat Aug 03, 2024 4:37 pm

94-26566 was the US Army Blackhawk (UH-60V) - this was amongst the US DoD types.
