RIAT 2024 - Departures Discussion and Q+A's

Post by Vandal » Sun Jul 21, 2024 4:27 pm

Hi all.

Does anyone know of the departure time for the KC10 please?

Long drive back to Scotland, thus missing departures, but would hang around if the KC10 is one of the first away.

Thanks.

Its gonna rain, its gonna rain till the levee breaks, a tidal wave of fear and pain washes us away, another fight into the night until nothing else remains, how do we find harbour from the Hurricane?

Is there some kind of departure list? If so, can this be shared here?

Have they called up what runway is in use?

I’m at Townsend Farm and will be packing up soon but holding onto hope that some will come over here. In 2022 the morning departures used 09 until they switched to 27 at lunch.
