There's no doubting that Kane is quality striker but he's been absent for most of this tournament. He's either completely exhausted after the Bayern season or the system isn't working for him.

My thoughts as of 65 mins are: Get Trent on for Walker and get Palmer on for Foden (can't remember Foden having the ball!)
