🇺🇦 🌻 🇺🇦. I find it quite amazing that the stewards cannot find amongst all the F1 rules and regulations some appropriate way to punish what seems to me dangerous driving.
That is, driving in a manner knowingly to cause damage to persons and or machinery.
The comment of “it’s a racing incident “ surely doesn’t apply to the red bull - McLaren incident.
A next race ban and heavy fine for the driver might liven up racing and save a great deal of money for the teams. Prevention of overtaking by a faster car/driver just ruins the race for all.
Right! That’s solved that problem, now to tackle the daisies growing in the lawn ;)

I think most people thought that max had calmed down after the Lewis Incidents.
In reality he has just been so far ahead of everyone he has not really had to defend leads etc and as soon as he does he reverts back to type unfortunately.
I just hope that Lando keeps doing what he does, Hamilton used to have to avoid Max or there would be a collision , I hope Lando does not start trying to Avoid max, Let them Hit so something gets done about it.

Great race though.

In the interest of fairness, it must be noted that Alonso was also driving like a door handle. Secondly I recall Sargeant also tried to perform a colonoscopy on another driver which wasn't shown.
Plus it must be noted that due to the ridiculous nature of the venue regarding track limits, had Norris actually managed to get past, he would have lost the win anyway due to the 5 second penalty given post-disaster. Which I also believe he technically hasn't served so should run over to the next race(?). So whilst we were saved a farce there, it might not be over yet.

🇺🇦 🌻 🇺🇦. I’m all for fairness which does seem to be lacking in F1 but that’s another matter.

This is new to me but I happened for the first time to record Chequered Flag on Sky. There is an interview with Verstappen in which he gives his views in his capacity as #1 driver who is faultless.
Ant gives a very clear analysis on a screen of the incident. Max’s father might think that his son cannot do any wrong but no one else interviewed had any doubts about it. The McClaren boss, Andrea, was very clear.

The daisies don’t play by the rules either, they seem to duck as the blade goes towards them.

I'm very excited for this weekend with Lando on form and Merc being more competitive, then there's that Williams livery for this week. They deserve to win just for doing that. I think someone is going to have to take one for the team and have a little bump with Max early on. Nothing too serious, just enough to knock 2 or 3 wheels off. Also got a full schedule with F2 and F3 running. I will not be popular with the wife. Even got a cheeky bit of footy and boxing on Saturday.

🇺🇦 🌻 🇺🇦

🏎️ that crossed my mind too!

And of course there is the international rugby, six matches if not more. Life is so exciting, had another look around the Harrier museum yesterday too.
Enjoy the weekend.

Hadjar to be investigated after the session for 'impeding' Norris, despite not taking part in the rest of the weekend, yet nothing for Stroll for doing exactly the same thing on multiple occasions. Race control doing a stunning job as usual.

Wouldn't go that far. Though I'm intrigued as to how they will end up gifting the win to boy wonder.

I will have to stay clear of the news later on. Whilst our boys are doing their stuff, I am at an orchestral concert.

Omg!

Buzzing over this

Any one from four could win this I think - I am hoping/willing Hamilton will be strong and go for it

C'mon Hamilton

Oscar is 8/1 what a bet!

Superb result, really pleased for Lewis and Mercedes, pity George's car expired, Lando did ok and will surely win the British in the future and of course Max...
