Great win for Max! A tough race, but it was the start that really counted in the end.

Having Lando and McLaren doing so well is keeping the season interesting though. :thumb:

Much better race than it could have been. Seems a bit familiar too see that horrible looking rain front in the distance making absolutely no difference to the race at all

Hes having a terrible year, he's higher in F1 standings than the F2.

Rumourmill now saying Ricciardo out next year for Lawson, which is a bit odd as I'm sure I saw somewhere he was signed for next year..

Confirmed that ghastly gasly and slippy stroll have both signed multi-year contracts with their current teams. Oh joy.

At least Max never has to worry about his team mate trying to race him.

Indeed, last time they were on the same piece of track was Perez going off at turn 1 in Miami as I recall

Shades of 2021 driving again. Dirty, dirty moves every time. Should be disqualified. Every time at Austria.

Why oh why can't Verstappen just admit he got it wrong, which he did, people might be a little more positive about him, I've always thought he is a dirty driver at heart and today it reared it's ugly head again, very sad for a talented driver, (shades of Schumacher).
Gutted for Lando, fabulous drive ruined through no fault of his own, the interviews said it all, pleased for George, Mercedes are nearly there.
Silverstone should be interesting.
Great to hear Brundle back in the box, not sure who his pal is though  .
If you can keep your head whilst all around are losing theirs, you have probably completely misread the situation!!

Harry Benjamin was a German Sexologist who died in 1986. There's another one who is a sports commentator, done Academy, 5 Live, Touring cars etc. I assume the latter is on Sky. Crofty is missing 3 races this year due to the size of the calendar. I think he's okay actually.
Didn't move under breaking or swerve even though the coverage clearly shows it. Nice one max, as one of the most dangerous drivers on the grid I'm glad to see him back on form with his usual tripe. When he's out in front I guess we don't see it so much but he's got a proven track record of swerving, taking lunges and closing the door on people. But God help you if you dish out some of the same. Just makes it easier to dislike him. Great to see Lando coming on form just before the British GP, imagine :)

In my opinion he did exactly the same to Lewis at Copse on the first lap but didn't accept that he was wrong then either.

Absolutely, the powers that be need to get some minerals and ban him from races, that might make him think about his driving..
