Yes I have received e-mail with ticket as attachment but its after opening QR that I seem to be having problems. Do I have to register with guestoo? Now it seems I get an error message when I try to open QR code saying "unable to log in for this guest"

You are all sorted ticket wise then...

The QR code is for them to scan at the gate to let you enter the Spottersday.

Just take a copy of the email, either on your phone or printed out and present the QR code for scanning when you enter, not seen it mentioned anywhere, but wouldn't be surprised if they want to see the form of ID you used in the registration as well (Passport in my case).

There is a guest dashboard link on your ticket, but only links to information about the day (has a useful list for what you can and can't take in though)

Have you had any acknowledgement of your registration - you should have received an email asking you to confirm your registration by clicking the confirm link and paying ?

Hi … yeah I was one of the unfortunate ones who had charges taken.. but I sent another top up over a week ago.
I have emailed that payment email address but no reply yet.

If it helps I'm still waiting, payment sent 29 Feb via HSBC and no e mails indicating any charge issue recieved.
guestoo site, directed to via e mail links in replies, all of which end up in spam, say pending.

The wait continues.

Yes I am. Funds transfer was made 29th February and I have bank confirmation that this was made successfully - but no communication from the organisers since then.

Yes I am. Funds transfer was made 29th February and I have bank confirmation that this was made successfully - but no communication from the organisers since then.

I completed my registrations and transferred the monies owed on 28th Feb. All six have now been confirmed with tickets and payment receipt, but they completed at various times, between 5th March and 11th March and there was no correlation to the order of registration... my second registration completed first the fifth one last, it was something like 2, 1, 3, 6, 4 and 5.

When you register, for me it was a three emails received process...

First - NTM 2024 - Spotterday 2 • Please confirm your registration (this is the one with the Confirm & Pay link)
Second - NTM 2024 - Spotterday 2 • Confirmation of receipt/payment instructions (this one confirms you have clicked on the link in email 1 and obtained the payment details with your reference number)
Third - NTM 2024 - Spotterday 2 • Registration successful (Please wait for confirmation)

Then you pay, but the payment method has no automatic link to your efforts in the guestoo system so they are manually matching up registrations with payments... Once they have done this you should get two more emails:

First - NTM 2024 - Spotterday 2 • Registration confirmed (this one is the ticket with QR code)
Second - NTM 2024 - Spotterday 2 • Receipt of invoice (arrives pretty much with ticket)

So hang in there, they should get round to you soon.

Thanks, I have recieved the first two communications but not the third on successful registration. All went to direct to spam.

Payment went with reference number included.
Gustoo website states pending.

I have now emailed using the address to seek clarification and await a reply.

Following up on the subject of still waiting to receive a QR code, I've just received an e mail from the organisers letting me know that my e mail provider was blocking their automatic e mail responses and asking for an alternative email address, which I was able to supply. My email provider is btinternet. This may help others still waiting to hear more. And as I type this, my QR code has just arrived :-)

You beat me to it as I have just got the same message from them!
Hopefully it will all be sorted now.
Makes me wonder if i shouldn't get a different email account as I have had issues with btinternet blocking my friends
