HOWLER31 asked LAGR91 if he could have all of the available 100K, leaving HOWLER32 as air spare..

In the Channel, between Portsmouth and Le Havre, if you were to draw a straight line between the two, or there abouts!!

Mode A tracking on 6403 from the archive confirms the routing north to valley back down towards the field then out over Cornwall before turning back for Fairford and recovery.

I am curious to know why tanker ops seem to be hamstrung by these B1 missions. Is there something unusual about pre mission preps for these aircraft ?
We see dual tanker flights leaving all the time without issue , but the B1s seem jinxed.

Hi ZG
Would you be kind enough / able to upload the map showing Howler 32's exact route please (as you did on Saturday (for Howler 61/2 flight).

Hi ZG
Would you be kind enough / able to upload the map showing Howler 32's exact route please (as you did on Saturday (for Howler 61/2 flight).

Sorry about the delay.
There were a number of spikes in the automated track so I have used a different format to show the basic movements to avoid any confusion.
This shows "only" the data relating to sqwk 6403
