Amazing sight of the 2 B-1s passing over Somerset. Strobe lights clearly visible.

2231z: LAGER 91 declaring MARSA with HOWLER flight

2237z: LAGER 91 climbing to FL250 due to cloud at established altitude block

31 passed serial as 86-0103, could not hear the serial for 32
