Sounds like they are working a mechanical issue, 21.10 check in with 21.30 takeoff. Possibly swapping aircraft or mention of trying to swap the part.

20.27 Banta ops calling LAGR 91flt, HOWLER flt will stick with them and not launch until they know they are ready to depart but are requesting an ETIC time on the jet with the issus for planning
