Anyone hear any tail numbers for the two? I was travelling for 0124 tomorrow but until I know it's there I'm not driving 4 plus hours.....do we know when tonight's pair are due to return?
Re: Howler 61 & Howler 62 Saturday 4th November
What a shame that it is dark and cloudy as that was a very noisy overhead pass just now.

Re: Howler 61 & Howler 62 Saturday 4th November
Sounds like Howler have split with 62 routing to the 613s and 61 leaving UK airspace
Re: Howler 61 & Howler 62 Saturday 4th November
Fairly certain that was HOWLR61 transferring from 129.430 to Brest 129.005.
Checked in at FL230, asked the controller to spell the cleared waypoint then I lost comms.
Maybe they have split? Or I misheard.

Damn it.. I heard them fly over my house. Had no idea what it was but it's rainy here so only heard burners. Never seen a B1 and the weather stood in my way

The launch of Rake 72H to meet Howler Flight over Malta at midnight suggests a top up before heading back to FFD, anyone confirm they are due back tonight please as long trip down tomorrow for 0124

I've heard 10.5 hour mission but don't shoot the messenger. Credit RAF Fairford/Bombertown
