Will the wave be open from the 30th ?

The Wave is open mon-fri all the time now baring any issues. Normally opens around 9.15-9.30 and shuts anytime from 2-4.

No idea if they plan to stay open longer this time round.

Don't know if mentioned but Leeming is be used as well.

I don't think Leeming is involved with Atlantic Trident - the NOTAMs suggest Leeming are having a few days of Tactical Air Traffic work work early November before York night at the end of the the month.

The northern layby on Tower lane (south of the base) is advised closed from 30th October for two weeks and it's expected the usual no parking cones will appear over the weekend.

The Fire Training Facility has kindly offered the use of the over spill again for parking should it be needed if the wave is closed or full.
Please park sensibly and keep off the crops.
Please donate what you can if you use the over spill, it's a useful place to have access to.

4 Rafales expected Monday AM, presumably the E3F will also be Monday.

CTM1071 049 A330 just went north over London. Maybe heading for Waddington?

Waddo not open today I don't think - nothing was expected.

Looks like he's heading for East Mids.

Did hear that most of the support crew arrived by road last week.

Just been advised the media day for the ex is occuring at Leeming.

Seems consistent with a recent RAF Leeming FB post...

The Station is about to enter a period of significant additional aircraft movement, with several exercises operating from here in the run-up to Christmas.
From the beginning of November, RAF Leeming will host multiple aircraft types for sorties which will include low flying and some periods of 24 hour operation.

The Rafales will be going to Leeming at somepoint, unsure how long for or when, but they are expected for media Day on the 7th.

Not known where they are parking yet - not support aircraft to give the game away.

well that s what i have at the moment the same source said the E-3 was due at 08.00 and that did not happen so wait and see
