Never known a FOD walk to be classed as a "Daily Movement"

The "daily movement" may be what prompted the FOD walk?

I’d have thought we’d see movement of support aircraft prior to any movement from Dyess.
Until we see tankers moving over CONUS with the appropriate mission codes, I’d take the FOD walk as something else, personally.

FOD walks are routine. I wouldn’t read too much into this

It that just a case of looking at something like ADS-B? Would the mission codes be listed and what should we be looking out for regarding the mission codes.

Always been a mystery to me how you find this information.

Thanks

ADS-B, FR24, etc can be used to track these type of tanker movements. Unlikely BONES would show up however.
Also worth keeping an eye out for NOTAMS and AIRRES (viewtopic.php?f=139&t=42621) on the US east / NE coast for those tankers and BONES meeting up for AAR.
The mission codes would be shown on other sources such as thebaldgeek, for example.

Hope that helps :thumb:

tankers HIFI13/14 (AE63BC/AE63B6) look to be relocating from Mcguire to Griffiss on a 7BW code.

Really? This is scraping the barrel isn't it?

Next thread: "Potential movements 12/10/23 - saw a USAF airman in Fairford Tesco buying Red Bull - he said it was going to be a long day today. Potential arrivals?"
