Used them again a couple of weeks ago,no problems so far. 
Just found this in my most recent newsletter,possibly why?
Regarding last years credit card problems. We retained 7Safe (Cambridge) to check out every aspect of the system. They estimated that this would take up to 10 days. At the time we thought this meant 10 working days or two weeks. We have recently been informed that this actually meant 10 days work over 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 months or however long it took. We are still waiting for the results of their enquiry but will let you know as soon as we can.

Used them last Friday with no problems.

Yep i have had a couple of parcels from them the past few of weeks with no problems, one thing i have noticed since i last ordered something from them a year or so ago is that the parcels turn up alot quicker now about 2-3 days on 2nd delivery where once i was waiting about a week
