ZM410 status query

Post by Treble111 » Wed Sep 13, 2023 1:56 pm

Hi all

Is ZM410 inactive out on the airfield at BZZ or is it hangared? BZZspotters last updated its status on 01/01/2022.

It was parked/stored at the sewage works end of Brize (Burford Rd?). Reported there end of Sept 2022.. not sure if it is still there.

My recollection is that it wasn't at the "sewage works end " on 14-Jun-2023 when the C130 formation did the farewell flight around the UK. I have seen nothing of it since then.

Just tried previous history on three flight trackers and last flight record is 18-06-21 Gibraltar to Brize
There have been other A400s stored before now with gearbox and other issues

It wasn't located in that area during RIAT when the RSAF C-130 was parked in that corner.

It has been in Base Hangar for over a year
3 miles south of MAM-GITUS-MAM
20 miles south of MAM-DIKAS-MAM
1 mile north of UL9/14/18

I seem to recall it ferried back from Gibralter unpressurised and may have some serious damage to it.
