Davis Monthan Air Show 1996 HH60

Hi all

Did anyone else visit this show and log HH60 90-26239? Ive got a photo of it and I am pretty sure it was taken on that day but I havent got it logged there, in fact I dont have it logged at all. The only HH60 I logged that day was 90-26224 and its definitely not that one in my picture

The 'BAR' listing for the show includes HH-60G 90-26224/DR 305th RQS/AFRes in the Static display, but no mention at all of 90-26239 in the Static or elsewhere on the base.

Chances are that you did see '239 at DM on the day. The show report in 'BAR' doesn't include a lot on non-Static based airframes, so it may be that '239 was present on the base but not on show. What I can confirm is that '239 was in service with the 305th RQS at the time along with '224, '225, '226, '227, '229 and '238; and there was a sighting of '239 with the 'DR' tailcode at Nellis on 22/1, so it was serving with the 503rd RQS just a couple of months before the DM show.
