Many people assume Scamble has some kind of special access to this sort of info. They don't, they have the same info as us, i.e. sightings put on line by enthusiasts, including here on FC. And I note that they (Scramble) have no recorded sightings in 2023 for the 7th SOS or 67th SOS in their database.

In addition of course, aircraft sometimes go back to the states for re-work and get replaced by others (temporarily or permanently). Hence the situation can be "fluid" and probably changes as often as lists get published.

I usually trawl through reported sightings on here or on e.g. https://mildenhall-lakenheath.blogspot.com/ for the last month or two to see what's currently active.

Using airbase names insted of codes would help - as per the rules (I think)
It just seems more and more are using codes - including Moderators - or should I say mods :-)

Rules are intended for the majority to obey. There will always be some persons that don't obey them. In the majority of cases that results in punitive repercussions. On here it seems optional?

On a couple of sites I look in on, some people seem to use codes just to appear clever rather than the need to save space. I have no idea what MHZ is and don't intend to chase my tail looking it up. There is plenty of space available in the title line and text boxes to avoid abbreviations.

To be pedantic: Mildenhall doesn't, to my knowledge have a base flight. There used to be aircraft assigned to the Naval Air Facility years back, but no more.
However, Mildenhall does have aircraft assigned to the base. Several squadrons as the original poster states.
