Ps For anybody staying over could I suggest that you double check accommodation. I did yesterday, no record of booking due to change of owner, that pub fully booked. My new accommodation is 40 miles away not 10 and £120 more for the three nights.
If you don’t mind me asking was it the Inn for all seasons near Burford?
No, I'm not going into details at present as my understanding is that the booking changed due to a change of ownership due to the death of the previous owner. The current manager has been very good in his communication and has offered a discount for next year, for which I'm awaiting confirmation. It appears I have lost the deposit paid to the previous ownership though.

Still had to get a Premier Inn at Newbury though.

Has the G-91 cancelled?
As of today it is still on the RIAT website.

FB posts with 0 source are posting it pulled out as it doesn't have a CAA Permit to fly. Which wouldn't be needed as it already has a permit to fly from elsewhere and isn't in the flying display.

Rumours like this about the star, or popular aircraft happen every year. Best to ignore them until/If something official is said from RIAT.

Can someone help. I dunno if I'm going mad or what but, I could swear Turkish stars are at riat this year.
Thing is they aren't mentioned in their flying program recently published on insta.

They cancelled early June mate, due to ongoing support in the country after the earthquakes.

It's crazy but they're always like this  I tend to favour Met Office, although possibly a little wet, should be some sun and at least 18 Degrees cooler than last year thankfully!!

What will be, will be.

As long as 2008 doesn’t repeat itself, we’ll be OK

Sold out. However there will be a limited number of tickets available on the gate, so get there early.

From what I remember, 2019 was a washout on Saturday!

An A400 did a few mild circuits, and a Spanish Harrier created a nice cloud of spray on the runway - that was it!!!!
