Yeah I’m not understanding the issue here, you are both active members of the forum as you are posting here?

You both have enough posts to enter the Heads Up sections too

A poor choice of words. Clearly both of our accounts are active, but we are not receiving notifications of our chosen forums. As I attempted to describe on the thread I started yesterday.

What sort of messages do you mean? Forum posts, PM's, emails from other members or email notifications for followed threads?

Email notifications of forums they’re subscribed to I believe Mike

Right ok, I couldn’t see anything obvious my end and my notifications are working personally but I’ll look into it

Cheers Sam, I've never used that function, I've always used the 'New Posts' option from the 'Quick Links' menu.

I've just activated it for the UK Heads-up & OTT section and an email isn't sent, but I'm getting notifications for new posts at the top-right of the page.

CA is also suffering the same problem, Mike has emailed Adam to have a look. No setting have been changed on either site
