Not seen any myself yet they normally do have at least one specific to the TDY they did last time in 2021.

There was a picture on the USAF patch collector’s Facebook page from the Dyess air show. Someone got a 345 EBS UK deployment patch. Looks very much like a Bomber Patches design

The 9th have nothing new and are using the same RAF style crest patch they had for their 2020 deployment, as well as the diamond shaped coin.

The 345th have the updated EBS patch with the union flag in the background but have sold out. It is Bomber Patches made though so worth checking out their website in future.
