Thanks Jim, apparently they're at Lossiemouth until the end of next week and some AMI EF2000's are due on Friday.

Is this for an exercise/deployment at Lossie or heading on further? Fantastic to see the French Navy in and in such numbers!

Typical! Right in the middle of Anatolian Eagle

Don't suppose they will still be at Lossiemouth w/c 15/05 ?

Could really do with a lossie visit

They've been getting hangared each night once they've finished flying for the day.
Cheers Niall

What hangar do VASS( if there’s still such a thing), use nowadays, I’m imagining K16 or 17?

No VASS hangar anymore as such. The Rafales are operating from Echo hardstanding and using the Alpha line hut I believe. I would imagine maybe 9Sqn and 6Sqn with them being away are helping with hangarage. I’ll find out next Tuesday when I go to visit them.

The Rafales are operating from Alpha South (formerly Bravo).

Rafales are being put into 9 Sqn's hangar once they've finished flying for the day.
