Yep, just submit it again for the second day. Worked fine for me and I now have 2 emails with 2 QR codes

Cheers, strange too, as I did exactly that, but it just highlighted my passport number for the second attempt, and I have tried several times now. Maybe I will try again tomorrow. Thanks

Just booked for the 17th,no problems
Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
Warthog 10, check your junk emails. I had the same problem (site kept saying I had registered twice) but on checking I had actually booked a ticket for both days. Hope that sorts it for you. Cheers Nick

Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
I have now checked all of the above, and tried again for Sunday. It is advising that my passport is already registered. Is everybody doing it as two transactions or can you do both days in one go? Thanks everyone for any help.

I did it in 2 very slow transactions-it took a few goes to get the second day sorted. During the process I got various messages such as your passport is registered or there are no places available. I registered 2 on the same transaction and ticked all of the boxes against each of our names. Hopefully you will have more luck today!!
Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
I was having no luck at all so I got around it by adding a space at the front of the passport numbers on day 2, hopefully won't cause any problems down the line!
Is anyone else travelling by public transport from Rome (or hoping to)? It seems a waste to hire a car for my partner and I when we don't need one the rest of the trip. Would appreciate any advice, I've had a good look at some bus timetables but have no concrete information to rely on!
Cheers

Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
Ref travel, I was hoping (as there was something in the pre-amble) to get a shuttle from a railway station which seems not to be happening according to the show website. We are staying near Ciampino and it looks like the easiest option is a train to Termini, metro to Laurentina and bus to Castel Romano for the shuttle. The bus from Laurentina continues to near the base so staying on that could be a better option?! Traffic would be a consideration around the base. Watching the situation closely. Also buses from Ciampino via various options that I need to explore further. Bus is a bit more of a hassle but really don't fancy driving.

Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
I have just managed to secure a ticket leaving a space before entering first digit of passport for Sunday as per G-CVIX. Thanks all for advice. I am staying in Lido di Ostia, about 8km away up the coast towards FCO, so hoping there will be a shuttle/bus to get me down the road!
Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
Well we've committed, we had our hotel booked anyway (with cancellation) but have now booked our flights. We're staying right next to Termini and our plan (at this stage) is the same as Buzzcox - Metro from Termini to Laurentina, bus to Castel Romano, shuttle to the show (with a nice early AM start). We're registered for two days but will likely only attend one should everything fly.
Hopefully the re-opening of the station will come to fruition, but I'm not holding out a lot of hope!

Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
I have a feeling that the bus from Laurentina is going to be very busy! Considering how close to Rome the base is, I think it is pretty remiss of them not to have set up a straightforward way of getting to the Show by public transport.
Re: Italian Airforce 100th anniversary 2023
Twenty five years ago the traffic was really bad as the local roads were total grid lock. Seem to remember after a couple hours everybody just pulled up on the grass verge and walked. Amazed we ever found the car again !!!

Has anyone noticed the website is not accessible and the QR code is no longer visible?

Yes. There is also a discussion regarding this subject on Scramble's message board Air Show topic.Steve Cullen 1966 wrote: ↑Thu May 18, 2023 7:57 amHas anyone noticed the website is not accessible and the QR code is no longer visible?
