Barn Owl.

While on one of my winter walks in early February, I was privileged to see this Barn Owl out hunting during the daylight hours. The freezing overnight temperatures had left it with few opportunities for prey so gave me a chance to snap this beautiful bird in lovely late afternoon light. Hope you like them.
