Hate to burst your balloon, but according to a source on facebook, the "dreaded cones" are already going down on the A15, laybys etc

Everyone has a photographic memory; some just don't have film.

No TRO published for the area covering the exercise, the coning is most likely related to the abnormal load transiting the area on Sunday.

If the Indians have canned then perhaps the Saudis will come to Waddo instead.
Utter shame if they have, will be two years on the trot.

Indians were 100% planned but have pulled out re political situation with Russia.

Bit odd as nothing has fundamentally changed in last month or so.

All related to their relationship with Moscow.

Bit of a shame to put it mildly.

No TRO published for the area covering the exercise, the coning is most likely related to the abnormal load transiting the area on Sunday.
There wasn’t a separate TRO published for the last CW, it was embedded as an annex within the TRO for the on-going pipeline work, which had an 18 month validity, expecting to end early 23.

Having been down the A15 this morning, there are No Stopping signs plus No Waiting/Loading cones all the way from Tower Lane B1178 to the roundabout at the end of the new bypass. Also speed limits of 30 & 40 mph along various parts of the road.

There are also No Stopping signs on Bloxholme Lane.

So I doubt all of this is for the abnormal load?

Nope the Indians were planned in but diplomatic niceties got in the way. Late cancellation and confirmed from official sources within the MOD.
