I think I have found a tanker that could have been involved in support for this mission:

VINYL11 - KC-135R [AE04C5] Shown on ADSB as 59-1476. Routed from Fairchild to Eielson yesterday (10th Feb).

Reason for me thinking its involved is the use of the "WTCP" mission code on ACARs. I had originally thought code this was exclusively used for POTUS CAP but as far as I can tell, all tankers associated with the balloon shootdown last week were using this code too. I guess it makes sense as technically that would be close air support to protect US airspace so perhaps my initial observation of "WTCP" is still correct as White House Close Protection...

As the article says, it was an "AK" F-22 that took the shot with the same missile as before.

As far as I can tell this was the only tanker involved however this is just speculation for the time being!

I would think they would have launched tankers from Alaska as some are based there ??

Good point, that would seem like an easier way of getting some tanker support!

Also I've watched the FR24 playback and there appears to be another KC-135 this time as VINYL12 [AE0686] Showing as 60-0328 that departed from Fairchild at 21:30z ish which also puts it at a bit late so I am unsure

I have just read that there has been another object shot down, over Canada this time. Very new news at the moment.

Because of wind patterns wouldn't that have to fly over a lot of other countries before it got anywhere near the UK or Europe?

More object(s) being tracked over Canada.

Apparently the seemingly sudden increase in detections may be due to NORAD changing the way they filter their data. So radar anomalies are going to be flagged up as more pertinent than usual.

Currently an E-3, c/s "Sentry 25", operating over Lake Michigan on ADS-B. Restrictions on airspace over the Lake have been put in place earlier in connection with these events. Some suggestion on FB that this is related to the Montana radar contact.

E-3 is showing only intermittently.

Surprised the media hasn’t got hold of this yet if it’s another balloon/UFO. If manned by extra terrestrials, I’m surprised they are not able to out manoeuvre there American adversaries having presumably travelled space.
Regards,

Steve.
