Social Media Press Release for Night flying at Lakenheath on the below dates.

Tuesday 1st - Friday 4th November 2022
Monday 7th - Thursday 10th November 2022

does that mean no daytime flying at all or is it reduced please?
I was planning a visit on Wednesday

They won't fly Friday night though surely (4th) as it's normally just half a day?

Yeah Friday will be a normal half day with a lunch finish, not sure of flying lat Thursday night might curtail the amount Friday though.

I was hoping to go on Monday (7th) so would be interested if there is likely to be any flying in the morning / early afternoon. As it is a 3-hour drive for me I don't really want a wasted trip. Any heads-up guidance would be most appreciated.

Just take a look at some of the movement threads. It seems that it’s only 1 squadron this week on lates which could be similar next week so there’s action throughout the whole day.

492nd and 495th were flying morning sorties from 0800 onwards. 492nd were hot pitting I think. After lunch, 492nd, 494th and 495th were going up. 494th flying until around 1930
