Are the KC-30s staying at Stansted until after Monday now, or will they move elsewhere to park up?

from the Stansted list with due credit.

as operations are on 04 the owner of Hall Farm has opened up the gate onto the meadow beside the private road to Hall Farm and business units. He stated that he was happy for spotters to park their cars there over the next few days provided that no litter was left. the "what three words" location is ///order.mondays.picnic turn off the B1256 opposite the Esso Garage, go under the old railway bridge and continue for about 1/2 mile on the road to Hallingbury and it's on the right just before some houses on the right. If you reach the sharp bend you've gone too far.
the farmer is Mr Streeter and he has done this in the past, very helpful guy (and family). He first did it in 2012 for the Olympics and also from the Trump visit in 2019 and possibly other times. It keeps people off his track which is quite busy weekdays. CM22 7TL is the postcode.

I know the area well, there are no views of the airport from here or the departure climb out but all arrivals will fly almost directly overhead,

the Police presence at Stansted round the northside is now VERY HIGH, with almost constant mobile patrols, I would not expect to be able to stop for more than a few seconds without getting pulled. apart from the above only Belmer road offers any views.

Did Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern fly commercial or was she already in the UK? Saw her paying respects on the news coverage today but can't see any coverage of her arrival on here.

Stu

Edit: looking at Skynews Australia she was expected to arrive early Thursday so before the ASY flights arrived.

Any updated thoughts on whether Brize will be used?

Biden and the First Lady are due to leave Andrews at 1530 (BST), arriving in "London" at 2205L. I suspect this means Stansted as he will not be able to land anywhere within London.

Both Japan B777 are tracking on ADSB as CR1 and CR2 heading from Japan towards Alaska. 80-1111 and 80-1112.

re the location of Harps Farm above ( as credited thanks, the directions were taken from my post on Stansted google group) I wrote a viewing guide to Stansted a few years back which might be useful which is on the Air-Britain Stansted Branch website and Harps Farm is on page 15 of the guide: https://airbritainstanstedbranch.wordpr ... thusiasts/
That may prove useful , the field entrance is down the farm track on the right. The guide is downloadable in PDF form or save this link. It's worth noting that parking is very restricted at some locations so please use common sense and consideration (and a few extra footsteps) if necessary. The police have already told us that there will be far more patrols than usual and there may be times when you are asked to move on for security reasons - please don't make their job harder by arguing the toss, it's exceptional circumstances.
Hope that helps anyway - happy hunting!

Could be wrong but from memory, the BAH flight into Brize on Saturday is due to be the B767-400.
Which normally uses BAH3, although I think it might have been using BAH1 callsign today instead.
Time will tell.

How about adding the Hex code where known, for those with a database?

Looking at Flightaware this morning the 747 has been doing a couple of internal flights as BAH2 within the last few hours. Suppose we'll have to wait and see what starts pinging on the trackers shortly....

Qatar Royal Flight 747-800 A7-HBJ is in Manchester. Not sure if this is funeral related.
