I hope this is the correct place to post this? I have just tested positive for covid and can longer make the show.
If anyone would like my ticket please personal message me, all I ask is you make a voluntary contribution to a charity of your choice supporting Ukraine.
Gutted as I was really looking forward to seeing the Rafale

Very kind of you - pop a post in the for sale section at the bottom of the forum, should get someone to take it off you quickly.bland1 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 9:04 amI hope this is the correct place to post this? I have just tested positive for covid and can longer make the show.

BAF491 showing as FA-136 heading north after a PD @ Brize Norton. Assuming for Cosford, unless they hit LFA7 and trundle home :-)

Re: RAF Cosford Air Show 2022
There is a restricted zone imposed around Cosford for both this afternoon and Saturday afternoon for 13.00-17.00 UTC. Based on pre-Covid years the display teams used this time to practice their runs including the fast jets. Not much has happened so far this afternoon although the zone was in place from 1pm local time, possibly due to strong wind. On the ground at the moment are the Herc, Chinook, Puma, Wasp, 3 Chippys and at least one Cub (plus 2 Austers on their way and probably more that I haven't logged).pete310183 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 10:19 amThinking of going up tomorrow, anyone know if it will be worth the trip ? are there any practice or decent arrivals pencilled in ?
Some of the flightline and static stuff is usual visible from the road between the station and the museum gate but there are only a few places to leave a car, so be wary. I presume the museum is open on Saturday but I don't know for sure.
I do know the desert scheme Buccaneer and Tornado are out of the hangars and so are a pair of black Hawks and usually some of the Jags are tipped out to make space for the exhibitions.

Thank you for that Martin, very helpful. I’m going to the show Sunday so not worried about catching the stuff on the ground it’s just a nice Saturday out at the local football club if there are practice displays on the Saturday but wouldn’t bother making the trip if they have all happened today already.

Can anyone help with 1 adult ticket anywhere please? I need one for my partner.

ah okay didn't know if you were going Sunday or not. There have been no practice displays yet apart from the Belgian F16, fly through from the Typhoon and the Wasp who did a short one on arrival. The Belgian AF A109 is about 10 minutes away.pete310183 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 1:27 pmThank you for that Martin, very helpful. Both Rafales outside at 6am Saturday morning. Easy to see from the farm track to the crash gate off the Acton Reynald road.
Re: RAF Cosford Air Show 2022
Social media post from Historic Helicopters suggested the Lynx and Wessex are joining the announced Whirlwind and Sea King.
Sea King and Lynx en route tracking out of the SW, Whirlwind and Wessex are with them
Social media posts also suggests an RAF Hercules landed for static display?
