I'm sure I read that two of these have been deployed to eastern europe to help out with operations over there. Is this true and if so do we know which two?.
Thanks for any help

From my calculations 19-5476 and 19-5486 must be the 2 currently away if so.

It will be interesting to see if the delivery pace picks up a little now as the 354 FW at Eielson is reported as having received all 54 of its jets, and the Wisconsin and Alabama ANG units not due to receive their first jets until Spring 2023.

I'd imagine 20-5572/20-5573 and 20-5574 can't be that far behind the last two. I'd imagine in the next two weeks. The tell tale sign is the tanker positioning into Dallas, and also the ALTRV.

5484 DOES have a 495th badge, just a smaller version, along with the badges of the 3 other units.

I have heard that as well although I have not been in a position to see the names. If someone does know any name then put them up and I can update the original list?

I assume you must be nearly underneath to see the writing

I have a couple noted somewhere, I will try to fish it out and add asap.

Juding by the photos I have too, I can only guess they must be on the inside of the left hand nose gear door as I can't see any from photos of the left side of the jet with the R/H door in view.

Each jet will get a pilots name in turn but I think the post refers to each jet getting a mythology name a bit like the other squadrons are known with tail numbers.
