I will be driving up to Battersea Park as I watched the 100 flypast from there. Cheap parking and quite easy to get to from my direction. On the 100th the helicopters broke south directly overhead which was nice. Thanks
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

From a promo email from the RAF Museum, Hendon it it helps.
On Thursday 2 June, we will also have a Battle of Britain Memorial Jubilee Flypast over the Museum at 1.03pm.
I take that to be the BBMF only after peel off from the others.

Yeah, they did that in 2018 for RAF100 too. BBMF went over Hendon and the fast jets went over Heathrow after the flypast over Buckingham Palace.
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
I did the Mall for the 100th so would like to try something a bit different this time, can anybody recommend a decent side on location that's pretty open (100-400mm lens)

Have used Waterloo bridge in the past.
Thought about Westminster but I think a better view at Waterloo as they come across the city.

Was thinking of Blackfriars or the millennium bridge. The latter has the benefit of no traffic.
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
Millennium is where I will be.
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
Some interesting location suggestions here. Having seen previous images from Flypasts over Buckingham Palace, most of these locations have proven successful. I was looking for a flypast image taken from centre-span of the Millennium Bridge which perhaps even features St Pauls in the bottom? Given that we know with some certainty the exact flight track, the perpendicular distance (closest point to the flypast) is c.900 metres horizontally from the centre of the bridge! I was hoping to see the result of historical flypasts since this location became available.

It did wobble when first opened but was fixed. Can't say I've noticed any movement and I've walked it many times.

It used to wobble walking back to work from the pub!
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
I used the wobbly bridge for the 100 flypast, and the view and pics were fine.

Not seen anything yet from the MoD about the official line up.....
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
After Buckingham Palace the Reds are routing via Windsor to land at Fairford so not sure what the rest of formation will be doing.
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
Reds are due over Buck Palace at 1306 local and Heathrow 1308.As they end the display I am assuming it will be 1300 start for everything else

Re: Queens birthday Flypast
For the a normal QB flypast I would go to Northolt when I lived down south, a good view from the A41 opposite the main gate but of course the choppers and BBMF will have turned north over Wembley well before Northolt although you could see them in the distance
Re: Queens birthday Flypast
NOTAM in place for Northolt but if its anything like the last one in 2019 most of the planes were miles away.BBMF due to do a flypast over RAF Museum,Hendon after Buck Palace
