Martin, a / is sometimes used as a null character when searching, so if you use a - a search will always show a date rather than a load of numbers. at least that is what I was told when I started using computers in the days of dos.

Thanks , four now with the RTB of 069

The one in the hangar nearest to the 27 end also has a senior span kit installed

I'd hazard a guess that it's 1080 in the closest hangar then. I have a feeling 1076 is the far side of the nearest hangar, or at least it was on Monday afternoon. And likely 10329 in the farthest hangar.

Just read off 080/- , it's now side on to the road outside of the nearest hangar - I need it so well pleased

Senior span pod on top and the serial looks slightly high lighted

It’s was the squadron jet at Beale (boss jet) that’s why the numbers have white outlines
Hope that helps

Thanks I went for 331 which didn't show up but made 080 instead

Been a year probably since I was last at Fairford. There is a lot of building works going on with what appears to be a large hangar being built towards the north west side?

Yes, as Reuben said 080 was the boss bird for the 9th Operations Group, while 331 is the boss bird for the 9th Reconnaissance Wing.

I do believe that is the new multi purpose hangar they're building over there, although I'm happy to be corrected.

Glad you made a new number nonetheless!

Grizzly 02 currently with Cardiff may or may not make an approach later.
I'm suffering from a very senior moment put this in the wrong date should be the 21st. :'(
